Two levels — Beginner (SwimSafer Stage 1–2) and Intermediate (SwimSafer Stage 3–6). We move children up when they're ready — tracked by skill, not time served.
Our group classes at ActiveSG Swimming Complexes are kept to a maximum of 6 children — small enough for personal coaching attention, large enough for a fun, social learning environment.
For children who are new to swimming or still uncomfortable in the water. We focus on water comfort, basic floating, kicking, and getting the face wet.
For children who can already swim short distances confidently. We develop all four strokes, add personal survival skills, and build endurance — working through SwimSafer Stage 3, Bronze, Silver and Gold.

No — our Beginner class is designed for children who are new to swimming or still uncomfortable in the water. We start with water comfort and build from there. As long as your child is happy to be in the pool with a coach, they're ready.
Maximum 6 children per class. This is deliberately small — it means every child gets real individual coaching time and attention from the instructor, rather than being one of many in a big group.
Yes — we offer a trial class. Send us a WhatsApp message and we'll arrange a trial session at the next available slot that matches your child's level.
Classes will proceed if the rain is light and the ActiveSG swimming complex remains open. If lightning is detected or the pool closes, we'll be conducting dry land sessions / theory for Swimsafer 2.0
